This Booking Deposit of £5.00 secures a place for you and as many adults and children under 5 as you wish to bring with you. On the day of your visit when you sign in at the desk, this amount will be deducted from your actual admission cost. (UPDATED ADMISSION PRICES AS OF SEPTEMBER 2021) 0 to 1 year olds: £2.00 1 to 4 year olds: £3.50 Additional sibling: £2.00 Adults: FREE Cancellation & Refunds: You are able to reschedule or cancel your booking by logging in to your account and finding your bookings in the 'My Booking' menu. Arrival Time: You can arrive at any time from 10am and must depart promptly at 1:30pm to allow staff to properly clean and clear the room. A bell will sound to mark the end of the play day. Masks are now optional, however please remain vigilant and respectful of those around who may wish to maintain social distancing and the wearing of masks. If you or your child is showing any signs of viral illness, please consider rescheduling your visit. Booking Deposit Credit: Any remaining amount of Credit you may still have left at the end of your visit, you will receive this back in the form of a credit slip which can be redeemed on your next visit.
